Q) How do I know what size to get?
A) Most of our brands have a size chart embedded below the description or as an image in the item gallery. For additional information, it may be useful to look up the product brand's web site, or better yet, ask us!

Q) What are the shipping rates?
A) We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $49.99! Domestic orders under $50.00 will be subject to a flat rate $3 boxing charge plus 5% of the items price.

Q) When will I get my Shipment?
A) currently ships from our headquarters in Thornton Colorado and in some cases will ship directly to you from the vendor. Orders are typically processed within one business day and an email will be sent with tracking information as soon as we have it logged. If items are shipped separately you will be notified.

Please note: Heritage Moto reserves the right to request additional information to verify your order. Your order may need to be placed on hold and/or canceled until the order can be verified. We do this to protect the identity of our customers so that we can provide a safe online experience.

Q) Do you ship internationally?
A) No, not at this time but we are working on it!

Q) Do you offer express delivery?
A) We’re working on incorporating express delivery options into our webstore but in the meantime please email us at and we will get you a quote on the fastest times available.

Q) Can I have items in the same order delivered to multiple addresses?
A) At this time we do not offer that option. Please place orders separately.

Q) Is my credit card information safe if I place an order online?
A) Absolutely. We use Paypal for our credit card processing and our site is fully SSL certified.

Q) Can I use a credit card gift-card on my purchase?
A) You are welcome to try any form of Visa/MasterCard/AMEX/Discover card on the payment screen. If the card cannot be authorized through PayPal it is because it is formatted differently than standard credit/debit cards. That said, PayPal is the friendliest processer for these types of cards and if you cannot run it through our portal directly you can log into your PayPal account and “associate” the prepaid card. Q) Can I change or cancel my order?
A) You may change/cancel your order until it has been processed. Please email us at with the order number and details.

Q) How can I tell if an item is in stock?
A) Stock and availability information will be shown once you have selected a product. This information will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. When items are marked ‘Back Ordered’ you may still be able to add them to your cart and pay depending on our agreement with the manufacturer.

Q) Do you offer bulk discounts?
A) Yes, please email us at to set up a bulk order discount.

Q) Do you cover warranties?
A) Warranty issues are the responsibility of the Manufacturer. Heritage Moto will act as a liaison between you and the manufacture within the warranty period if so desired. The final say on what is and is not covered by warranty is up to the manufacturer and not a representation or view of Heritage Moto. We also reserve the right to refuse to aid in warranty issues due to misuse of a product.

Q) I ordered something but got an email that it was out of stock?
A) We work hard to show only available items in the shop and it is updated every morning but some items sell quickly. If a resupply has already been shipped to us you will be given the option to wait for the backorder to arrive or receive a full refund. If the product is discontinued you will receive a full refund immediately.
